The operation assembly comprises a bolt mechanism mounted on a door leaf, and a first bolt seat and a second bolt seat which are mounted on the upper side and the lower side of a door frame; the bolt mechanism comprises an operating mechanism, a first bolt and a second bolt, wherein the first bolt and the second bolt are linked with the operating mechanism to stretch out and draw back and matched with the first bolt seat and the second bolt seat respectively; the operating mechanism comprises a base, a first sliding block, a second sliding block, a handle and a connecting rod, the base is fixedly installed on the door leaf, the first sliding block and the second sliding block are both in vertical sliding connection with the base, synchronous lifting is achieved between the first sliding block and the first bolt, synchronous lifting is achieved between the second sliding block and the second bolt; the end part of the handle is pivoted with the first sliding block, and two ends of the connecting rod are respectively pivoted with the second sliding block and the handle.
