The power cabinet comprises a box body, a water storage cavity is formed in the upper side in the box body, a support rod is hinged to the right side wall of the water storage cavity, a filter screen is fixedly connected to the upper side of the inner wall of the box body, and a sealing plate is hinged to the upper end of the support rod. A spring is fixedly connected to a right side of the sealing plate, and the right end of the spring is fixedly connected to the right side of the inner wall of the box body. During use, water can be accumulated on the sealing plate in rainy days, the sealing plate can be pressed down when the amount of accumulated water is large, water flows into a water storage cavity in the bottom of the sealing plate, the sealing plate rebounds to block an opening in the upper side of the box body after the rain stops, and water evaporation is prevented; and the filter screen prevents sundries such as fallen leaves from falling into the water storage cavity, water flow flows into the lower side of the box body along the opening in the plugging mechanism, the whole mechanism can repeat water injection action, and the purpose of autonomously reducing heat of the body is achieved.
