The invention discloses a thermal power generation co-processing technology for overhaul slag of an aluminum electrolysis cell, which comprises the following steps: cooling waste cathode carbon blocks and overhaul slag harmful solid wastes, crushing by a crusher to meet the use fineness requirement of power plant pulverized coal, mixing the pulverized coal and the overhaul slag according to a ratio of 1: (0.002-0.004), burning, directly decomposing a small amount of cyanide at high temperature, enabling large amount of fluoride to enter a limestone-gypsum method desulfurization system of a power plant through flue gas to react with limestone slurry, reacting F<-> with a large amount of excessive Ca<2+> in the slurry to generate CaF2 precipitates, sintering other unburned solid wastes, and then discharging along with coal cinder, wherein the unburned solid wastes mainly comprise aluminum oxide, silicon oxide and the like and can be used as production raw materials of cement. The method creatively solves the problem of pollution caused by the harmful solid waste of the overhaul slag, and realizes waste reutilization while treating the harmful solid waste.
