The invention relates to a process for manufacturing an environment-friendly brick by replacing natural quartz sand with fine aggregate processed from industrial metallurgical tailings. The process comprises the following steps: 1) preparing the fine aggregate: transporting metallurgical tailings subjected to wet magnetic separation in an industrial metallurgical plant into a tailing stacking tank in an environment-friendly brick production field through a muck transport vehicle.
