The invention discloses industrial waste pervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The industrial waste pervious concrete is prepared from the following components: 500 to 700 parts of coarse aggregate, 150 to 300 parts of limestone, 80 to 150 parts of clay mineral, 60 to 80 parts of cement mixed material, 300 to 600 parts of fine aggregate, 15 to 30 parts of water reducing agent, 15 to 30 parts of reinforcing agent and a certain amount of water. The preparation method of the waste pervious concrete comprises the following steps: S1, screening waste rocks; S2, conducting cement preparation; S3, mixing the raw materials; S4, conducting raw material discharging; S5, conducting concrete slab preparation; and S6, conducting measurement. According to the industrial waste pervious concrete and the preparation method thereof, the change of water permeability is realized through different adjustment of the coarse material ratio of the concrete, the strength and the water permeability of the pervious concrete are ensured, the cost of raw materials is reduced, the reutilization efficiency of waste rocks is increased, resources are saved, a surface layer or a base layer is filled, and the overall processing and preparation cost is reduced.
