Novel prefabricated assembled pier and construction method thereof
The invention provides a novel prefabricated assembled pier, which is characterized in that a groove is formed in the upper surface of a bearing platform, and a lower connecting device is arranged in the bearing platform; the prefabricated pier body comprises a pier body and an upper connecting device, the upper connecting device matched with the lower connecting device is installed in the pier body, an anti-shearing device is arranged at the bottom of the pier body, and the prefabricated pier body further comprises a UHPC bed mortar layer which is used for fixedly connecting the pier body with the bearing platform and matched with the anti-shearing device. The invention provides a construction method of the novel prefabricated assembled pier, which comprises the following steps that S1, a bearing platform is fixed to a bridge pile foundation or cast-in-place; S2, the prefabricated pier body is hoisted to the bearing platform; and S3, the prefabricated pier body is fixed to the bearing platform. The prefabricated pier body and the bearing platform are connected and fixed through the upper connecting device and the lower connecting device, the anti-shearing device is matched with the UHPC bed mortar layer to improve the anti-shearing capacity of the joint of the prefabricated pier body and the bearing platform, the anti-shearing device replaces manual scabbling, manpower is saved, the pier is not damaged, and the installation efficiency is improved.
