The invention relates to a bridging fabrication method, which comprises the following steps: firstly, manufacturing piers and prefabricating bridge plates, and then mounting the bridge plates on the piers, wherein the process of manufacturing the piers is as follows: step 1, casting uprights of a reinforced concrete structure in place and prefabricating cross beams of the reinforced concrete structure; step 2, mounting thickened steel plates; step 3, hoisting the cross beams; step 4, carrying out primary pouring; step 5, carrying out welding; and step 6, carrying out secondary pouring. According to the bridging method, the piers can be prefabricated and assembled, and the problem that the construction period is long when the existing cross beams are cast on uprights in place is solved.
本发明涉及一种造桥方法,先制作桥墩和预制桥板,然后将桥板安装到桥墩上,制作桥墩的过程如下:第一步、现浇钢筋混凝土结构的立柱和预制钢筋混凝土结构的横梁;第二步、安装增厚钢板;第三步、吊装横梁;第四步、一次浇筑;第五步、焊接;第六步、二次浇筑。本发明提供了一种桥墩又能够预制进行组装的造桥方法,解决了现有的横梁在立柱上现场浇筑所存在的施工周期长的问题。
