The invention relates to a high-fill site terrace settlement treatment method and treatment structure. The high-fill site terrace settlement treatment method comprises the following steps that equal-load static pressure treatment is carried out on a high-fill site terrace; after settlement is stable, a pit with the preset depth is manufactured in the terrace, and a cushion layer is laid on the bottom face of the pit; and a plurality of prefabricated parts are installed in the pit, first panels of the prefabricated parts are located in the same horizontal plane, a first gap is reserved between every two adjacent prefabricated parts, and a second gap is reserved between each prefabricated part and the corresponding brick forming die. If the terrace is an outdoor terrace, cast-in-place ribbed beams are poured in the first gaps and the second gaps; and if the terrace is an indoor terrace, a cast-in-place cantilever slab needs to be poured on the periphery of the terrace settlement treatment structure. The prefabricated parts replace backfill soil in an equal-volume mode, and the backfill dead weight is reduced through same-volume replacement. For the indoor terrace, a middle replacement and peripheral overhanging mode is adopted, the overall rigidity is good, the space stress characteristic is achieved, disturbance to an original foundation is reduced, it is guaranteed that overall deformation of the ground is consistent, and terrace cracking caused by poor settlement is avoided.
本发明涉及一种高填方场地地坪沉降处理方法及处理结构，其包括对高填方场地地坪进行等载静压处理；待沉降稳定后，在地坪上制作预定深度的坑，在坑的底面铺设垫层；在坑内安装多个预制构件，多个预制构件的第一面板位于同一水平面内，在相邻的预制构件之间均预留第一间隙，预制构件与砖胎膜之间预留第二间隙。若地坪为室外地坪，则在第一间隙和第二间隙内浇筑现浇肋梁；若地坪为室内地坪，则还需在地坪沉降处理结构的周边浇筑现浇悬梁挑板。预制构件等体积置换回填土，同体积置换降低了回填自重。对于室内地坪，采用中间置换，周边悬挑形式，整体刚度好，空间受力特性，既减少对原基础扰动，也保证地面整体变形一致，避免因沉降差导致地坪开裂。
