Construction method for hole forming in cast-in-place pile under complex geological conditions
The invention relates to a construction method for hole forming of a cast-in-place pile under complex geological conditions, in particular to a construction method for hole forming through combination of a long spiral drilling machine and a rotary drilling machine. Due to the complex geological structure conditions, the position where holes are prone to collapse is generally located in a soft and thin mud soil layer about 15 m underground, firstly, the long spiral drilling machine is used for drilling to the position with the hole depth of about 18 m under the slurry wall protection construction technology, and holes are smoothly formed according to the good and stable performance of the long spiral drilling machine; and then the long spiral drilling machine is replaced by the rotary drilling machine to continue to drill a pile-forming hole downwards until the designed elevation of a pile foundation is reached, a fully-weathered and strongly-weathered sandstone sand-gravel-mixed rock stratum, a strongly-weathered and moderately-weathered sandstone sand-gravel-mixed rock stratum and the like are mostly arranged below the soft and thin mud soil layer, if the long spiral drilling machine continues to be used for drilling, the construction efficiency is reduced, and therefore, the rotary drilling machine is replaced to continue drilling and hole forming. By means of the method, it can be guaranteed that the soft and thin mud soil layer can be smoothly penetrated, the follow-up construction efficiency can be greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and good economic benefits are created.
本发明涉及一种复杂地质条件下灌注桩成孔的施工方法,采用长螺旋钻机与旋挖机结合成孔的施工方法,由于处于复杂的地质结构条件,易塌孔的位置一般位于地下约15m处的软弱稀泥土层,首先利用长螺旋钻机在泥浆护壁的施工工艺下钻孔至孔深约18m的位置处,依据其良好稳定的性能顺利成孔;再将长螺旋钻机更换为旋挖机继续向下钻进成桩孔直至达到桩基的设计标高,软弱稀泥土层的下方多为全风化~强风化砂岩夹砂砾岩层及强风化~中风化砂岩夹砂砾岩层等,若继续使用长螺旋钻机钻进则会导致施工效率降低,因而更换旋挖机接力继续下钻成孔。既能保证顺利地穿透软弱稀泥土层,又能大大提高后续施工的效率,缩短施工工期,创造了良好的经济效益。
