The device comprises a guide rod type pile hammer, a combined cylinder body, a power head and a spiral drill rod, the combined cylinder body is mounted on a guide rod of the guide rod type pile hammer in a sliding manner, the upper end and the lower end of the combined cylinder body are connected with a diesel hammer plunger of the guide rod type pile hammer and a pile cap respectively, the power head is fixedly installed in the combined cylinder body, the pile cap is of a hollow structure, and the spiral drill rod penetrates through the pile cap to be connected with the power head.
