The underground pipeline backfill supporting protection construction method comprises the steps that 1, materials are prepared, and (1) channel steel, (2) profiled steel sheets, (3) steel plate nets, (4) medium sand and (5) welding rods are prepared; 2, equipment is prepared, specifically, construction equipment needed for pipeline relocation backfill supporting protection construction are a 300-ton static pile driver, a handheld tamping machine, an electric welding machine and a garbage transport vehicle; 3, pipeline supports are constructed, specifically, (1), pipeline cushion layers are constructed; (2), channel steel cushion plates are placed; and (3), channel steel is installed; and 4, backfill construction is carried out, specifically, (1) the channel steel is hoisted; (2), the channel steel is installed; and (3), sand backfill is carried out, specifically, sand is backfilled after construction of the channel steel and a partition plate is completed, the thickness of virtual laying in each step is 200-250 mm, the handheld tamping machine is used for tamping after backfill in each step, and the compaction coefficient is not less than 0.95. The safety of the pipelines in the backfill area is ensured by adopting supporting protection measures.
本发明涉及一种地下管线回填支护防护施工方法,包括步骤一、材料配备:(1)槽钢、(2)压型钢板、(3)钢板网;(4)中砂:(5)焊条;二、设备准备:管线改移回填支护防护施工需用到的施工机具为300吨静力压桩机,手持式打夯机,电焊机,垃圾运输车;三、管线支架施工:(1)管线垫层施工、(2)放置槽钢垫板、(3)槽钢安装;四、回填施工:(1)槽钢吊装、(2)槽钢安装、(3)砂土回填:槽钢与隔板施工完后回填沙子,每步虚铺厚度宜为200‑250mm,每步回填后使用手持式打夯机夯实,压实系数不应小于0.95。本发明采取支护防护措施保证回填区域管线的安全。
