The invention relates to a construction method of a foam concrete disease treatment structure of an active retaining wall. The construction method comprises the following steps of: after excavating and trimming a drainage ditch below a stable slope, carrying out construction of reinforcing the active retaining wall by a column-supported continuous wall; then excavating an original pavement structure layer behind the active retaining wall, and replacing and recovering normal traffic by using a prefabricated T-shaped plate; then constructing a supporting hole structure after excavating the active retaining wall into a hole; excavating an unstable soil body behind the wall through a construction door opening to form a replacement area; carrying out an enclosure structure and drainage and waterproof construction in the replacement area; pouring foam concrete after closing the construction door opening by a formwork; and after the strength of the foam concrete meets the requirement, pouring a reinforced concrete retaining wall by the formwork to close the construction door opening and removing the prefabricated T-shaped plate to construct a new pavement structure layer. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the traffic needs to be closed for a short time only in the replacement and removal process of the prefabricated T-shaped plate in the whole construction process, and the normal traffic is realized in the excavation and replacement process of filling behind the wall, so that the road closing time is relatively short.
本发明涉及现役挡墙泡沫混凝土病害处治结构的施工方法,在稳固边坡下方开挖修整好截排水沟后,进行柱撑式连续壁加固现役挡墙施工,然后开挖现役挡墙的墙后原有路面结构层,利用预制T型板置换恢复正常通车,接着在现役挡墙开凿成洞后施工支撑洞口结构,通过施工门洞开挖墙后失稳土体形成换填区域,在换填区域进行围护结构和排水、防水施工,支模封闭施工门洞后浇筑泡沫混凝土,待泡沫混凝土强度达到要求后,支模浇筑钢筋混凝土挡墙封闭施工门洞以及移除预制T型板施作新路面结构层。本发明的有益效果是:整个施工过程中仅在预制T型板置换和移除中需要短暂封闭交通,而在墙后填土的挖除置换过程中都是正常通车的,故本发明的封道时间较短。
