The non-negative pressure water supply system comprises a pressure stabilizing tank body, a pressure pump and a variable frequency control cabinet which are connected to a tap water pipe; the pressure stabilizing tank body, the pressure pump and the variable frequency control cabinet are communicated through multiple connecting pipes, and the multiple connecting pipes are movably connected through a pipeline connecting structure; an inner pipe is in ball hinge with an outer pipe II through a fixed hinge ball, multi-angle adjustment is completed under the condition that water passing is not affected, and therefore the non-negative pressure water supply system can adapt to small-range position adjustment of non-negative pressure water supply equipment during actual installation, and the situations that the non-negative pressure water supply equipment needs to be replaced again or other kinds of pipelines need to be manufactured, and other situations that slight deviation is likely to happen are avoided; and an elastic pad is arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe II and adapts to vibration in the running process, the situation that the connecting pipes are damaged due to long-term vibration at the connecting positions is avoided, and the problems that a flange fixed through a traditional structure is prone to damage, and cannot be well and stably suitable for actual layout are solved.
