The invention provides an intercepting well with backward flow preventing and safe flood drainage functions. The intercepting well is arranged at the tail end of a drainage opening entering a river channel system; and the intercepting well comprises a rotary weir gate, a stop log gate, an electric gate, ultrasonic liquid level meters, a remote terminal control system, a hydraulic station and a power distribution cabinet. The rotary weir gate serves as a backward flow preventing facility and is arranged at the overflow end of the intercepting well; the stop log gate is arranged at the end close to the river and installed between the rotary weir gate and the river channel; the electric gate is installed at the position of an intercepting pipe opening of a sewage bin of the intercepting well; and the ultrasonic liquid level meters are arranged in the sewage bin and an overflow bin. The intercepting well can be applied to initial rainwater intercepting, regulating and storing of a drainage system, the intelligent degree is high, the safety coefficient is high, and the flood drainage function is more complete and comprehensive. The intercepting well has the advantages that the depth of a foundation pit is small, the manufacturing cost and the fault rate are low, the water stop effect is good, and equipment replacement is convenient; and automatic opening or pressure maintaining can be achieved during power failure, the system running state can be accurately regulated and controlled, the waterlogging dangerous case under the sudden work condition is prevented, and the intercepting well is suitable for direct drainage opening sewage intercepting in black and odorous water body treatment.
本发明提供具有防倒灌及安全排涝功能的截流井，设于排口进入河道系统末端；截流井包括：旋转堰门、叠梁闸、电动闸门、超声波液位计、远程终端控制系统、液压站及动力配电柜。旋转堰门作为防倒灌设施设置在截流井溢流端；叠梁闸在临河端设置，安装在旋转堰门与河道之间；电动闸门安装在截流井污水仓的截流管洞口处；超声波液位计设置在污水仓及溢流仓。本发明可应用于排水系统的初期雨水截流调蓄，智能化程度高，安全系数高，排涝功能更加完善全面；具有基坑深度较浅，造价及故障率较低，止水效果好，更换设备方便；断电可自动打开或者保压等优点，可精准调控系统运行状态，防止突发工况下的内涝险情发生，适用于黑臭水体治理中的直排口截污。
