The construction method comprises the steps that step 1, a galvanized steel sheet with the thickness of 1 mm is installed at the bottom of a light steel keel partition wall of a toilet, and the galvanized steel sheet and a structural wall are combined to form a water retaining dam base material of an overall waterproof base plate of the fabricated toilet; step 2, cement mortar is plastered at the joint of galvanized sheet iron and the ground for chamfering; step 3, the joint part between the galvanized sheet iron, the joint part between the galvanized sheet iron and the structural wall and the joint part between the galvanized sheet iron and the ground are filled with iron non-woven fabrics as waterproof reinforcing layers, so that the integrity of the water retaining dam and the sealing performance of waterproof material brushing are guaranteed; step 4, a 2mm cement-based self-leveling base layer is arranged on the ground of the toilet; step 5, one-component polyurethane waterproof paint with the thickness of 1.5 mm is fully brushed on the ground and turned upwards by 250 mm to be fully coated with the galvanized sheet iron and the structural wall body to form the water retaining dam, and the water retaining dam extends towards the ground in front of an outer door by 500 mm and is 200 mm on the left side and the right side correspondingly; and step 6, a 2mm cement-based self-leveling protective layer is constructed on the floor of the toilet.
