One end of the second plate bottom area intersects with the first plate bottom area, and the other end of the second plate bottom area extends into the projection area of an upper building. According to the technical scheme, a larger space can be reserved in the first plate bottom area and the second plate bottom area for laying of heating and ventilation pipelines, and the floor height and the adverse effect on use of the parking garage can be reduced advantageously.
