The invention discloses a floor structure, a building and a construction method of the floor structure. The floor structure comprises a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a first cover plate and a second cover plate, wherein the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are connected to form hollow grid units; the first cover plate and the second cover plate are welded on two sides of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate respectively and at least cover two hollow grid units; and meanwhile, first welding holes and second welding holes are formed in the first cover plate and the second cover plate respectively and correspond to first connecting positions and second connecting positions of the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate respectively, so that the welding strength of the first cover plate and the second cover plate with the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate is enhanced. With the adoption of the floor structure, the building and the construction method of the floor structure, construction steps can be simplified, the number of welding seams can be reduced, the construction difficulty can be reduced, and meanwhile, the construction cost can be reduced.
