The invention provides an anti-slip supporting and hanging type tile hanging system. The anti-slip supporting and hanging type tile hanging system comprises tiles, roof battens, counter battens and ropes; the multiple tiles are laid on a slope roof, and the tiles are sequentially laid in a lap joint mode in the gradient direction of the slope face where the tiles are located; the tiles in any row and any column are connected in series through the ropes; the lower ends of the tiles in any row are supported and fixed by the roof battens which are transversely arranged; and the roof battens are fixed to the slope roof through the counter battens which are longitudinally arranged at intervals. The anti-slip supporting and hanging type tile hanging system is installed on a slope roof structure layer in a supporting and hanging mode. The roof installed in the mode is not prone to falling off or dropping, and higher anti-seismic and anti-wind-uplift safety is achieved.
