By the adoption of the arrangement, on the premise that a protection device of the hole does not need to be moved away, the potential safety hazards such as missing of steps or falling of large objects are reduced, the effect of projection and paying-off of a control point can be achieved, and the beneficial effect that the hole protection device is recycled is achieved.
