The invention discloses an anti-theft door formed by bending and stamping and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of theft prevention. The anti-theft door comprises a front panel, a door core, a rear panel and a reinforced side door plate, wherein the door core comprises a front door core plate, a topological framework and a rear door core plate; the front door core plate and the rear door core plate adopt an integral forming process; and the topological framework is prepared by adopting a powder forming technique. The anti-theft door has the following advantages that (1) a finite element analysis technique is adopted, so that the strength is guaranteed, additionally, the volume and thickness of the framework is optimized, and the production difficulty and cost are reduced; (2) the framework is prepared by adopting a hot isostatic pressing technique, so that different powder can be selected as required so as to realize different strength effects; and (3) the front door core plate and the rear door core plate are prepared by adopting a bending and stamping forming technique, and the procedure of secondary processing is reduced and the timeliness of preparation is improved by utilizing the combination of a bending part and the framework.
