Wherein the polyacrylic acid polymer is used as an active matter, and compared with an organic silicon active matter, the compatibility is improved while the foam eliminating and inhibiting performance is guaranteed; due to the introduction of the inorganic carrier, the defoaming speed of the defoaming agent is increased; fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and triphenylethylene phenol polyoxyethylene ether which are used as emulsifiers are compounded, so that the alkali resistance of the product is improved; the use of silica sol further improves the compatibility and stability of the product.
