Waterproof concrete pipe and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete pipes, and relates to a waterproof concrete pipe and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof concrete pipe comprises, by weight, 2400-2500 parts of the following raw materials: 100-500 parts of cement; 500-800 parts by weight of sand; 10-150 parts by weight of fly ash; 10-150 parts by weight of mineral powder; 900 to 1400 parts by weight of broken stone; 0.5-6 parts by weight of an octyl silane waterproof agent, wherein the octyl silane waterproof agent is an oil-in-water emulsion; 1-6 parts by weight of a shrinkage reducing agent; 1-8 parts by weight of a water reducing agent; and 120-180 parts by weight of water. According to the waterproof concrete pipe and the preparation method thereof of the present invention, the siloxane group on the octyl silane waterproof agent is hydrolyzed so as to perform a condensation reaction with the silicon hydroxyl group on the cement hydration product C-S-H gel so as to be chemically anchored on capillary pore walls, and the hydrophobic group on the octyl silane waterproof agent faces capillary pores, such that the hydrophobic structure provides the excellent waterproofness for the waterproof concrete pipe. The preparation method of the waterproof concrete pipe comprises the following steps of: 1) weighing and stirring; (2) vibration core forming; and 3) steam curing and form removal.
