The construction method comprises the following steps: building a foundation frame at a preset position; mounting a scaffold on the edge of the foundation frame; installing a pier column mold on the foundation frame, and detecting a vertical degree and a plane position of the pier column mold; according to the vertical degree and the plane position, installing a funnel and a tumbling barrel on the pier column mold; pouring a concrete slurry into the pier column mold through the funnel and the tumbling barrel, and vibrating the concrete slurry for preset times; after the concrete slurry is solidified, dismantling the pier column mold.
