Method for preparing autoclaved building blocks by comprehensive utilization of circulating fluidized bed sulfur fixation ash residues
The invention relates to a recycling technology of sulfur-fixing ash residues, in particular to a method for preparing autoclaved building blocks by comprehensive utilization of circulating fluidized bed sulfur-fixing ash residues. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the utilization problem of the fluidized bed combustion ash and prepare a backflow ash autoclaved building block product with good quality. According to the technical scheme: the method for preparing the autoclaved building blocks by comprehensive utilization of the circulating fluidized bed sulfur fixation ash residues, the building blocks are prepared from the following components in weight percentage: 10-20 parts of calcium carbide slurry, 35-40 parts of sulfur-fixing fly ash and 15-25 parts of sulfur-fixing slag. The building blocks are prepared according to the following steps: S1, preparing the raw materials according to the proportion, adding the sulfur-fixation fly ash into an autoclaved stirring kettle, adding the silane coupling agent and sodium hydroxide, uniformly stirring, and then stirring; crushing sulfur-fixing furnace slag, adding water into the crushed sulfur-fixing furnace slag, treated sulfur-fixing fly ash and calcium carbide slurry, stirring and mixing, aging, rolling aged ingredients by an edge runner, carrying out compression molding by a vacuum brick press, and carrying out autoclaved curing to obtain the autoclaved building blocks.
本发明涉及固硫灰渣的再利用技术,具体涉及一种循环流化床固硫灰渣综合利用制备蒸压砌块的方法;本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服固硫灰渣的利用难题,制备具备良好质量的回流灰渣蒸压砌块产品;采用的技术方案是:一种循环流化床固硫灰渣制备蒸压砌块的方法,所述砌块包括重量百分比的电石泥10~20份、固硫粉煤灰35~40份、固硫炉渣15~25份;所述砌块按如下步骤制备:S1、按上述比例配置原料,将固硫粉煤灰打入蒸压搅拌釜中,加入硅烷偶联剂和氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀后搅拌处理;将固硫炉渣破碎与处理后的固硫粉煤灰、电石泥加水搅拌混合、陈化处理、陈化后的配料经轮碾机碾压,再经真空压砖机压制成型,经蒸压养护制得蒸压砌块。
