Reinforced plastic geogrid for roadbed
The present invention discloses a reinforced plastic geogrid for a roadbed. The reinforced plastic geogrid is formed by criss-cross heat sealing welding of a plurality of composite rib belts, and the composite rib belts are formed by hot melting compounding of rib belts A and rib belts B. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, blending and extruding are performed by an extruder to obtain the rib belts A; S2, the rib belt A is stretched in the length direction through a stretching machine; S3, the stretched rib belt A is subjected to corona treatment; S4, melt extrusion is performed by the extruder to obtain a rib belt B; S5, the rib belt B is compounded on the rib belt A in a hot melting mode to form a composite rib belt; and S6, the multiple composite rib belts form the grid through heat seal welding nodes. According to the plastic geogrid disclosed by the invention, the polymer plastics A and B with relatively great difference in melting temperature are adopted and are subjected to online hot melting compounding, and the hot baking surface of one layer is subjected to corona treatment to generate polarization and is better compounded with the layer B, so that the stripping phenomenon of the layer A and the layer B can be avoided, and the mechanical property of the plastic geogrid is improved.
本发明公开一种用于路基加筋增强塑料土工格栅,由若干复合筋带纵横交错热合焊接而成,复合筋带由筋带A和筋带B热熔复合,制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、挤出机共混挤出得到筋带A;S2、通过拉伸机对筋带A沿长度方向进行拉伸;S3、将拉伸后的筋带A通过电晕处理;S4、挤出机熔融挤出得到筋带B;S5、将筋带B热熔复合在筋带A上形成复合筋带;S6、将若干根复合筋带通过热合焊接结点形成栅格。本发明采用A、B两种熔化温度存在较大差异的高分子塑料,将二者进行在线热熔复合,并将其中一层的热焙面进行电晕处理使之产生极化,好与B层更好进行复合,这样可以避免A、B层产生剥离现象,提高了塑料土工格栅的力学性能。
