The asphalt paving device has the beneficial effects that the stirring motor is matched with the stirring frame to fully mix materials, hollowing or blocking of the materials is avoided, meanwhile, the structural design that the conveying rollers are matched with the baffles is adopted, the paving width of asphalt can be adjusted, the adjusting plate is driven by the driving air cylinder to move, the amount of the asphalt materials guided out of the discharging opening is adjusted, and the asphalt paving device is simple and convenient to operate and high in paving precision.
本发明公开了一种建筑施工用沥青摊铺装置，包括输送箱，所述输送箱的顶部设有混料箱，所述输送箱的四角位置处各设置有一个移动轮组，所述混料箱的内部设有搅拌架；所述输送箱的内侧壁上设有水平布置的输送辊，所述输送辊上设有带动物料向输送箱两侧壁方向移动的分料螺旋；所述输送箱的底面上贯穿开设有排料口，所述输送箱的底面上设有对排料口进行封闭的调节板。有益效果在于：通过搅拌电机配合搅拌架对物料进行充分混合，避免物料中空或堵塞，同时采用输送辊配合挡板的结构设计，能够对沥青的铺设宽度进行调节，并通过驱动气缸带动调节板移动，来对排料口处导出的沥青物料量进行调节，以控制沥青铺设的厚度，操作简单方便，铺设精度高。
