The method comprises the following steps: preparing hydroxyapatite raw material ingredients; preparing porous metal; embedding the porous metal into the hydroxyapatite raw material ingredients for injection molding, so as to obtain a porous ceramic heating body blank; performing thermal degreasing on the porous ceramic heating body blank to obtain a preformed porous ceramic heating body; and sintering the preformed porous ceramic heating body to obtain the porous ceramic heating body. According to the porous ceramic heating body prepared in the embodiment, porous metal is used as a composite material of the ceramic heating body, the strength of the porous ceramic body can be enhanced, the use performance of the porous ceramic body is guaranteed, the porosity of the porous ceramic body reaches 60%-75%, the large specific surface area can increase the heating area of tobacco tar, the atomization heat transmission path is shortened, and the heating efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明涉及雾化器技术领域,尤其涉及一种多孔陶瓷发热体的制备方法及多孔陶瓷发热体,该方法包括:准备羟基磷灰石原料配料;准备多孔金属;将所述多孔金属埋入所述羟基磷灰石原料配料中进行注射成型,得到多孔陶瓷发热体胚料;将所述多孔陶瓷发热体胚料进行热脱脂,得到预成型的多孔陶瓷发热体;烧结所述预成型的多孔陶瓷发热体,得到多孔陶瓷发热体。本发明实施例制备得到的多孔陶瓷发热体使用多孔金属作为陶瓷发热体的复合材料,能够增强多孔陶瓷体的强度,保证多孔陶瓷的使用性能,并且其孔隙率达到了60%~75%,大的比表面积能够增大烟油的受热面积,缩短雾化热量传输路径,极大的提高了发热效率。
