The invention discloses a treatment method for a slab bottom gap of a bridge hollow slab. The treatment method comprises the following steps that S1 preparing treatment materials needed for construction; S2 supporting and cushioning supporting legs of a movable scaffold through wood plates; S3 cleaning mortar and sundries exposed in the pasting range of the gap away through an iron shovel and a steel wire brush, and wetting and scrubbing dust in the pasting range through wet cloth; S4 popping a sticking edge line out of a pasting position at the bottom of the board by adopting an ink fountain, sticking a waterproof roll adhesive layer at the pasting position, and cutting the redundant waterproof roll adhesive layer; and S5 using a kneading tool to perform kneading treatment at the pasting position. According to the treatment method, the problems that in the gap treatment process, the adhesion force of hollow slabs is often not enough, durability is not high, vibration impact is caused to beam slabs when vehicles pass through, the falling phenomenon is likely to happen, maintenance needs to be conducted in the later period, and the construction cost is increased are solved.
