The invention discloses a semi-prefabricated concrete reinforcement cage underground diaphragm wall and a construction method. The diaphragm wall is characterized in that prefabricated concrete panels are fixed to the two side faces of a reinforcement cage, semi-prefabricated reinforcement cages are obtained, the adjacent semi-prefabricated reinforcement cages are connected through clamping grooves, the semi-prefabricated reinforcement cages are hoisted into unit grooves which are formed and subjected to foundation cleaning, and concrete is poured into the reinforcement cage between the concrete panels to form the underground diaphragm wall. The underground diaphragm wall is clamped by the high-strength concrete at the two sides, and deformation of the reinforcement cage in the hoisting process is prevented; and the semi-prefabricated reinforcement cages are connected through the clamping grooves, and the problems that water leaks at joints and alignment cannot be achieved are effectively solved. The high-strength concrete is adopted, so that the bearing capacity and the impermeability of the underground diaphragm wall are greatly improved, and the underground diaphragm wall serves as a foundation of a building and a part of a structure; and the underground diaphragm wall is flat, continuous and flush. The underground diaphragm wall has the advantages of being high in construction safety, reliable in engineering quality, high in impermeability and good in economical efficiency.
