The construction method comprises the following steps that hole forming construction is carried out on a support pile, and a pile body reinforcement cage is machined; a steel sleeve is embedded in the position where an anchor cable is designed; a temporary formwork is embedded; a soil body in front of the support pile is excavated, a soil body on the outer side of the temporary formwork is excavated, and a temporary cavity is formed; the temporary formwork is removed; the anchor cable is constructed in the temporary cavity, the anchor cable is embedded in the steel sleeve, and grouting is carried out in the steel sleeve; the anchor cable is tensioned and locked; anchor sealing concrete is poured into the temporary cavity; firstly, the steel sleeve is embedded, the anchor cable can be conveniently installed in the steel sleeve in the later period, then the soil body is excavated, the temporary cavity is formed in the support pile, and therefore the anchor cable can be conveniently installed; and after the temporary cavity is filled with concrete, the anchor cable can be concealed in the support pile, on the premise that the section size, namely the pile body strength, of the support pile is not weakened, the anchor cable is concealed in the support pile, and the landscape effect of the support structure can be improved in the later greening stage.
