The displacement of equipment is controlled through the motion table, and meanwhile, horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the control device are controlled; cement culvert pipes are positioned and conveyed through the control device, and manual positioning is not needed, so that the installation cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the installation efficiency is improved; and the cement culvert pipes are aligned and positioned, so that the installation efficiency is further improved.
