The fabricated building wall insulation board has the technical effects that the hollow through holes and the cylindrical grooves which are arranged on the both sides of the middle insulation layer in a matrix mod are formed in the middle insulation layer, so that the bonding strength between the insulation layer and the adjacent layers is enhanced, and fixed pulling and connecting pieces are designed, so that the staggered layers are effectively prevented from falling off or cracking.
