The invention provides a manufacturing device for an outer wall sheet of a sandwich thermal insulation wall and a construction method thereof. The manufacturing device comprises a child-mother frame, an overturning system and a building block temporary limiting device; the overturning system is installed on the back face of the child-mother frame; and during building, the child-mother frame is placed together and comprises a child frame and a mother frame, the child frame supports building blocks and is placed on the mother frame, the mother frame supports the child frame and meanwhile provides limiting for the building blocks so as to guarantee the mortar joint size and levelness of the building blocks, the building block temporary limiting device is fixed to the child frame after the wall sheet is placed and built and used for limiting the position of each building block, and after mortar on the back face of the wall sheet is filled and the system is reset, the building block temporary limiting device is detached from the child frame. In order to achieve assembly construction of the outer wall of the sandwich wall and assembly construction of a thin inner partition wall, the wall sheet with the small thickness overcomes the defect of self-supporting performance. The manufacturing device is used for the building block wall sheet with the small thickness and can be used for manufacturing common wall sheets which are small in thickness and cannot stand by themselves.
本发明提出一种夹心保温墙外叶墙片制作装置及其施工方法，该制作装置包括子母架、翻转系统和砌块临时限位装置，子母架的背面安装有翻转系统，在砌筑时，子母架搁置在一起，子母架包括子架和母架，子架承托砌块，子架放置在母架上，母架为子架提供支承，同时提供砌块的限位以保证砌块的灰缝尺寸和水平度，砌块临时限位装置在墙片摆砌完毕之后固定在子架上，用以限定每个砌块的位置，待墙片背面砂浆填充完毕并将系统复位后，将其从子架拆下。本发明为实现夹心墙外叶墙的装配化施工，以及较薄内隔墙的装配化施工，使厚度较薄的墙片克服自立性不足。本发明是一种针对厚度较小的砌块墙片制作装置，该装置同时可用于普通厚度较小、不能自立墙片的制作。
