Stress-sensitive fractured reservoir seismic physical model and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a stress-sensitive fractured reservoir earthquake physical model material which comprises quartz sand, polyurethane, a curing agent and a diluent. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the stress-sensitive fractured reservoir seismic physical model. The manufacturing method comprises the steps: material pretreatment; mold pretreatment; preparing materials; sand plate pressing; curing of the sand plate; and crack carving. According to the method, polyurethane cemented quartz sand is used for manufacturing the artificial sand plate, and quantitative crack carving is carried out, so that a stress-sensitive seismic physical model with quantitative and controllable crack width, depth, trend and the like can be obtained; therefore, under the simulated stress condition, the anisotropy parameters of the model can obviously change. Compared with an existing crack type seismic physical model, the defect that the existing crack type seismic physical model does not have stress sensitivity is overcome, the seismic physical model higher in stability and similarity can be obtained, and therefore implementation of the ground stress seismic response mechanism physical simulation method is promoted.
本发明公开了一种应力敏感裂缝型储层地震物理模型材料,包括石英砂、聚氨酯、固化剂和稀释剂。同时还给出了应力敏感裂缝型储层地震物理模型的制作方法,包括:材料预处理;模具预处理;材料配制;砂板压制;砂板固化;裂缝雕刻。本发明利用聚氨酯胶结石英砂制作人工砂板并进行定量化裂缝雕刻的方法,可以得到裂缝宽度、深度、走向等均定量可控且对应力敏感的地震物理模型,在模拟应力条件下,模型各向异性参数能够出现明显的变化。与以往裂缝型地震物理模型相比,本发明改进了现有裂缝型地震物理模型不具备应力敏感性的缺陷,可以得到稳定性和相似性都更高的地震物理模型,从而促进了地应力地震响应机制物理模拟方法的实现。
