Novel controllable low-strength material and application thereof
The invention discloses a novel controllable low-strength material and application thereof. The novel controllable low-strength material is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 10-100 parts of cement, 100-300 parts of fly ash, 1500 parts of primary construction waste regenerated material and 200-600 parts of water, wherein the water-cement ratio is 3-25. The formula is simplified, and cost increase caused by possible use of concrete admixtures (a concrete water reducing agent, a reinforcing agent and the like) is avoided at the same time. The novel controllable low-strength material which is low in strength (easy to excavate) and suitable for pumping in a mixing plant is developed by taking cheap primary construction waste regenerated materials as main materials and adding a small amount of cement, a proper amount of coal ash and a large amount of water.
本发明公开了一种新型可控性低强度材料及其应用。本发明的新型可控性低强度材料由以下重量份数的物质组成:水泥10‑100,粉煤灰100‑300,初级建筑垃圾再生料1500,水200‑600,水灰比3‑25。既简化了配方,同时省去了可能使用混凝土外加剂(混凝土减水剂、增强剂等)所带来的成本上升。以廉价的初级建筑垃圾再生料为主要材料,添加少量的水泥、适量的粉煤灰、大量的水,研制出低强(易开挖)、适于搅拌站泵送的新型可控性低强度材料。
