The invention discloses sleeper concrete. The sleeper concrete is prepared from the following raw material components: cement, rubber aggregate, machine-made sand, gravel, fly ash ceramsite, a water reducing agent and water. The rubber aggregate is added into the concrete, so that the elasticity of the sleeper concrete can be effectively enhanced, the impact resistance of the sleeper concrete is improved, and the risk of sleeper cracking is reduced; by adding the rubber aggregate, the thermal expansion coefficient of the concrete can be reduced to a certain extent, so that the influence of temperature on the concrete is reduced, and the performance is more suitable for the application environment where the sleeper is located; and meanwhile, by adding the lightweight and porous fly ash ceramsite, the elasticity modulus of the concrete is further reduced, the impact resistance of the concrete is improved, and the fly ash ceramsite can form a porous honeycomb structure in a concrete system, so that the influence of temperature change on the concrete can be reduced to a certain extent, and the frost resistance of the concrete is enhanced.
