The invention discloses an acrylate monomer, a polyacrylamide aqueous solution and a cement grouting admixture prepared from the acrylate monomer and the polyacrylamide aqueous solution, and belongs to the technical field of cement additives. The acrylate monomer comprises the following components: butyl acrylate, methacrylic acid, acrylonitrile, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, acrylamide, polyethylene glycol ether SPEG, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, lauryl sodium sulfate, ammonium persulfate and deionized water. The polyacrylamide aqueous solution comprises the following components: acrylamide, methylene bisacrylamide, deionized water, ammonium persulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite. The cement grouting admixture is prepared by mixing the acrylate monomer and the polyacrylamide aqueous solution. The prepared cement grouting admixture solves the slump and leveling of grouting cement in water, and the strength liquid can meet the requirement of cement mortar C20-C30 or above.
