The invention discloses a constructional engineering asphalt paving device which comprises an outer cylinder. A mounting part is arranged on the outer side of the outer cylinder, a heating and stirring part is arranged in the outer cylinder, a hopper is arranged above the outer cylinder, a conveying pipe is arranged between the hopper and the heating and stirring part, and a collecting part is arranged at the bottom of the heating and stirring part. A vibration motor is arranged below the collecting part, a heat preservation material conveying part is arranged between the paving roller and the collecting part, the paving roller is arranged below the dripping pipe, and the paving roller is installed on themounting part through a rotation limiting part. According to the constructional engineering asphalt paving device, the outer cylinder is additionally arranged on the outer side of the inner cylinder to protect the first annular heating pipe, high-temperature hot air generated by working of the first annular heating pipe is blown to the ground through the protective net plate, asphalt paved on the bottom face is dried, the curing speed is increased, and the first annular heating pipe is used for heating and hot melting asphalt raw materials in the inner cylinder.
