The invention relates to the field of asphalt road damage repair, and in particular relates to a method for repairing slight damage of an asphalt road. The method comprises the steps of S1 completing calibration of a single camera in a standard calibration plant, establishing a relation between image pixels of the single camera and a standard scene position point, and then performing binocular calibration to determine structural parameters of dual cameras, so that the dual cameras have the capability of identifying spatial point position parameters on the road surface; S2 carrying out real-time exploration on the road surface damage part by using dual cameras near the road surface damage part, and carrying out three-dimensional reconstruction on the road surface damage part according to image information obtained by the cameras; S3 according to guidance of coordinates obtained through three-dimensional reconstruction, moving a repairing mechanism to the position above the road surface damage part, and controlling the repairing mechanism to conduct road surface repairing; and S4 repeating the above processes until the road surface slightly-damaged pit is completely repaired. The method is used for timely repairing the slight damage of the highway pavement, can timely stop the damage before the slight damage enlarges, and is simple to operate and high in practicability.
