A manufacturing process of the hanging basket structure capable of automatically and synchronously pushing comprises the following steps: transporting components to a site, and splicing; connecting all the pushing beams into a whole; installing all the pushing beams on the track beams through walking rails; installing pushing connecting equipment at the non-cantilever ends of all the pushing beams; sequentially welding column bases and hanging basket columns to all the pushing beams, welding transverse connecting components between the hanging basket columns, welding hanging basket column upper connecting plates to the hanging basket columns, and then connecting inclined struts to the hanging basket column upper connecting plates and the beam upper connecting plates in a pin shaft connecting mode; connecting a transverse connecting beam to the cantilever end of the pushing beam and a bridge structure through a long suspender anchoring device and a short suspender anchoring device; completing mounting of the formwork system, fixing one ends of all the pushing beams to the bridge structure through the short suspender anchoring devices and the stress distribution beams, and then fastening the force holding devices to make close contact with the surface of the bridge structure. The safety and economic performance of bridge construction are improved, and the durability of the bridge structure is guaranteed.
