The adjustable bypass channel comprises flow guide purification walls and a monitoring control frame, and the flow guide purification walls are oppositely arranged, and a monitoring control frame is connected between the flow guide purification walls. According to the device, the flow guide purification walls with the hollow interior and the monitoring control frame are arranged, the monitoring control frame is used for monitoring the pollution condition in a water body, polluted water is drained into the flow guide purification walls to be separated and purified and then is discharged into a water system again, and purification circulation of the water quality is completed; a diversion channel is arranged in the diversion purification walls and comprises a sieve plate, a first blow-off pipe and a second blow-off pipe, the surface layer of a polluted water body can be screened, filtered and purified in a classified mode through structures such as sieve holes in the surfaces of the sieve plate, the first blow-off pipe and the second blow-off pipe, and the purification efficiency is improved; and blow-off shafts in the two blow-off pipes are arranged, and a spiral conveying shaft structure are utilized, so that pulpy algae pollutants can be smoothly discharged into a pretreatment tank for fermentation, stack retting and other treatments, and cyclic utilization of resources is achieved.
