The reinforced steel structure beam column comprises a cross rod, wherein a first assembling head and a second assembling head are arranged at the two ends of the cross rod correspondingly; an assembling groove is fixed to the second assembling head, and a first reinforcing piece used for limiting is inserted into the position, on the outer side of the assembling groove, of the second assembling head in a penetrating mode; an inserting plate is arranged on the first reinforcing piece, a plurality of bolts are movably inserted into the inserting plate in a threaded mode, and a concave cavity is formed in the position, on the outer sides of the bolts, of the inserting plate; a plurality of safety fastener structures are hinged to the interior of the concave cavity; hooking blocks are fixed to the safety fastener structures; and hooking openings are formed in the inner wall of the inserting concave cavity. The inserting plate arranged on the first reinforcing piece is used for primary limiting and fixing, and the multiple bolts are used for secondary limiting and fixing; the outwards-convex hooking blocks are limited in the hooking openings in the inner wall of the inserting concave cavity and used for third-time limiting and fixing; and after the multiple bolts are fixed in the threaded inserting mode, the pressure resistance and the overall strength are improved by means of the inserting plate, and breakage is avoided.
