The invention relates to a channel steel reinforced truss-free steel bar laminated slab. The channel steel reinforced truss-free steel bar laminated slab comprises a laminated slab body formed by machining a formed steel bar net and then pouring concrete. The channel steel reinforced truss-free steel bar laminated slab is characterized by further comprising channel steel, a plurality of high-strength bolts and a plurality of high-strength nuts; the high-strength bolts are embedded in the laminated slab body in advance and poured in the laminated slab body; a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the middle of the channel steel; the intervals and the number of the positioning holes correspond to the intervals and the number of the high-strength bolts; and the position of the channel steel is determined through the positioning holes, and the channel steel and the high-strength bolts on the laminated slab body are screwed and fixed together through the high-strength nuts. According to the channel steel reinforced truss-free steel bar laminated slab, the detachable and reusable channel steel is adopted for temporarily reinforcing the laminated slab body, and waste of a large number of truss steel bars is avoided; and the rigidity of the channel steel is larger than that of a truss, the laminated slab body can be better protected against damage, and meanwhile arrangement of upper-layer cast-in-place water and electricity pipelines is facilitated. Operation is convenient, materials are saved, and the prefabrication and installation efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种槽钢加固免桁架钢筋叠合板,包括由成型的钢筋网加工后浇筑混凝土而成的叠合板,其特征在于,还包括槽钢以及数枚高强度螺栓及高强度螺母,所述高强度螺栓预先埋置并浇筑于叠合板内,所述槽钢中部设有数个定位孔,所述定位孔的间隔及数量与所述高强度螺栓的间隔及数量相对应,所述槽钢通过定位孔确定位置,并通过所述高强度螺母与叠合板上的高强度螺栓拧紧固定在一起。本发明采用可拆卸重复使用的槽钢对叠合板进行临时加固,避免大量桁架钢筋的浪费,且槽钢较桁架刚度大,能更好的保护叠合板不被损坏,同时有益于上层现浇水电管线的排布。操作方便,节省材料还提升预制安装效率。
