The anti-disengaging extrusion blocks on the inner side of the threaded cylinder can be matched with steel bars, the steel bars are prevented from slipping, connection of the steel bars is achieved, operation is easy, butt joint is quick, it is guaranteed that the threaded cylinder and the steel bars can synchronously move in the connecting sleeve and make contact with the other upset steel bar, and butt joint of the two steel bars is achieved; and the extrusion blocks can move towards one end of the inner side of the connecting sleeve and tightly clamp the upsetting positions of the upset steel bars, anti-disengaging of the upset steel bars is achieved, and the connecting sleeve can be in butt joint with the upset steel bars with different diameters, so that the applicability is improved.
