The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to an assembled movable support for house building construction. According to the movable support, a swing rod is installed on a hinge shaft in a swing mode relative to a supporting column. The upper end face of the swing rod can be fixedly connected with a bearing plate through a connecting mechanism; a mounting seat is arranged on the swing rod; a through hole extending in the length direction of the swing rod is formed in the mounting seat; balancing weights comprise a first balancing weight and a second balancing weight which are fixedly installed at the upper end and the lower end of a transmission rack respectively; a vibrating spring is arranged between the balancing weight and the mounting seat. A transmission single tooth is arranged on the peripheral wall of one end of an adjusting rod. The adjusting rod can slide front and back and is rotatably inserted into the mounting seat, and the transmission single tooth is used for being meshed with the transmission rack so as to drive the rack to slide up and down relative to the mounting seat when the adjusting rod rotates. A transmission mechanism is configured to drive the adjusting rod to rotate through the hinge shaft when the swing rod swings. Therefore, the swing rod is in a vertical position, and the stability of a bearing plate is improved.
