The device comprises a disinfection bin, the disinfection bin is provided with an entrance and an exit, a personnel standing space is arranged in the disinfection bin, a rotating mechanism is arranged above the personnel standing space, the rotating mechanism is fixed to the top of the disinfection bin, an extension rod is installed on the rotating mechanism, one end of the extension rod extends downwards and longitudinally, and a sterilization lamp is installed at the side, facing the personnel standing space, of the extension rod; and the device further comprises a controller, a first safety door is installed at the entrance, a second safety door is installed at the exit, a first electric control lock is installed on the first safety door, and a second electric control lock is installed on the second safety door. The device further comprises a time setter, the time setter is electrically connected with the controller, and the first electronic control lock and the second electronic control lock are both electrically connected with the controller. The device can sterilize and disinfect protective clothing of a person treating in a dangerous area with viruses, and meanwhile, controls single-side entry and exit, so as to avoid virus leakage.
