The invention relates to a preparation method of a carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide brake disc, belonging to the technical field of brake materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out heat treatment on short carbon fibers, then uniformly mixing the short carbon fibers having mixed lengths with resin and an additive, putting the mixture into a molding press for molding, then carrying out high-temperature cracking in a nitrogen or inert gas protective atmosphere, and finally, carrying out silicon infiltration in a vacuum infiltration furnace to obtain the carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide brake disc. According to the method, the short carbon fibers with mixed lengths are adopted as a raw material and subjected to mold pressing, cracking and infiltration in a solid environment to prepare the brake disc; and the method is simple, a period is short, the raw material is wide in source and low in cost, and the prepared carbon-ceramic brake disc has excellent performance and has good market application prospects.
