Thelow-temperature-resistant waterproof coiled material is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 30-50 parts of matrix asphalt, 5-10 parts of EVA resin, 5-10 parts of PE resin, 2 parts of plasticizing filler, 2-4 parts of nitrile rubber, 5-8 parts of processing agent, 10-15 parts of light calcium carbonate, 7.1-7.5 parts of accelerator, and 1-2 parts of anti-aging agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the low-temperature-resistant waterproof coiled material, which comprises the following steps of uniformly mixing the raw materials in parts by weight, melting by an extruder, extruding from a T-shaped die head, calendering into a sheet by a three-roller calender, cooling, cutting edges, drawing and rolling to obtain the low-temperature-resistant waterproof coiled material. The intermediate product 3 is grafted on the surface of the modified tourmaline negative ion powder to obtain a plasticized filler, so that the dispersity of the tourmaline negative ion powder in a polymer matrix is improved, the thermodynamic stability of the asphalt material is enhanced, and the asphalt material has good cold resistance.
