The asphalt concrete stirring device comprises a cylindrical double-layer tank body, wherein an inner layer of the cylindrical double-layer tank body is a material containing tank, an outer layer of the cylindrical double-layer tank body is a heating tank, a stirring shaft and stirring blades are installed in the material containing tank, an electric heating device is installed in the stirring blades, and an annular plug is fixedly installed on an end face of a right end of the stirring shaft; a conductive wire of the electric heating device is outwards communicated with the annular plug on the right end head of the stirring shaft through a wire hole pipe on an axial lead of the stirring shaft; the annular plug comprises a circular socket and an elastic plug which are mutually plugged, the circular socket comprises a circular insulating cylinder, a first conducting ring and a second conducting ring, and the elastic plug comprises an insulating base, a first electric brush head and a second electric brush head. The stirring device is advantaged in that the stirring blade is heated from the inside through electric heating when the stirring blade rotates and stirs, so the temperature of the stirring blade is higher than that of surrounding liquid asphalt, the asphalt cannot be adhered to the stirring blade, stirring and mixing efficiency and quality can be improved, and the stirring blade can be conveniently cleaned.
