The invention discloses a construction method of a expanded-base cast-in-place pile, and particularly relates to a construction method of a expanded-base cast-in-place pile in a gravel-cobble soil layer. The construction method comprises the following steps of 1, drilling by adopting a spiral drill rod of a casing pipe type long spiral drilling machine, synchronously drilling or vibrating and sinking a casing pipe into a soil body, and lifting the spiral drill rod until enabling the spiral drill rod to be drilled to a set hole depth; 2, placing a reinforcement cage in a pile hole formed by the drilling; 3, firstly, adopting the spiral drill rod of the casing pipe type long spiral drilling machine again to go deep into the bottom of the pile hole where placing a reinforcement cage, then synchronously lifting the casing pipe by a set height, then lifting the spiral drill rod, and continuously pouring concrete into the pile hole in a pressing mode through the spiral drill rod in the whole lifting process till enalbing the pile hole to be full of the concrete; and 4, after completing the concrete pouring, pulling out the casing pipe, and construction is completed. According to the construction method, the technical problem of bottom-expanding cast-in-place pile construction in a gravel-cobble soil layer is solved and the construction method has the advantage of being simple in construction process.
